Inside Sales Representative - Germany

Job description

As an Inside Sales Representative employee, you are responsible for generating new customers and maintaining existing relationships. You will actively approach prospects, give presentations about our products or services, and negotiate to close deals. You work closely with the sales team to achieve the company’s sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively approaching potential customers through various channels.
  • Presenting products or services to potential customers.
  • Negotiate prices and terms to close deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Tracking sales results and reporting to management.

Requirements:

  • At least a completed MBO education.
  • Demonstrable experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness.
  • Result-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
  • Able to work independently, but also function well in a team.
  • Flexible and stress-resistant.
  • Excellent command of the German language
