What’s Included in an Instant Car Transport Quote
1. Route Costs
Your quote covers the full journey from pickup to delivery. This includes tolls, fuel, and the driver’s route planning.
2. Standard Vehicle Size
Quotes are usually based on a standard car (sedan or hatchback). Prices for SUVs, vans, or oversized vehicles may differ but you get the correct proce if you choose the correct ar when calcualting
3. Insurance Cover
At Transporting Highway, all transports are fully insured up to €1 million – included in your quote, no hidden fees.
4. Basic Loading & Unloading.
If your car is in standard running condition, the cost of loading and unloading is part of the quote. If not there is the option to add your car as non-runner (non rollable or non drivable)
5. Vetted Drivers & Logistics Management.
Our quotes always include professional, vetted carriers plus a dedicated logistics planner to manage your order.
What’s Not Included in the Quote
1. Special Requests
Some services fall outside of the standard quote and may require an additional charge, such as:
- Fixed pickup or delivery times outside regular schedule
- Last-minute schedule changes that cancel prior arrangements (e.g., driver waiting time at location)
- Parking fees at pickup or drop-off points
- Use of enclosed trailers for luxury or high-value vehicles
- Additional equipment or services (e.g., boosters, custom handling)
- Specific vehicle types, such as motorcycles or trucks
- Special routes requiring ferries to islands
These services can absolutely be arranged, but they must be requested in advance.
2. Customs and Border Costs.
For transports to or from countries outside the EU (such as Switzerland, the UK, or Norway), customs procedures and border fees are not included in the instant quote. These will need to be handled separately.
